Please visit any of our branch partners to load money on to your Wallet.

Step 1

Choose the "Money Transfer" option from the home screen.

Step 2

Choose from whether the transfer will be to a Wallet, Bank, Cash Pickup, or Door to Door drop off (only in selected areas).

Step 3

For Wallet to Wallet enter amount, mobile number, wallet name and description then choose send now.

Step 4

For Bank and Cash Pickup, choose add beneficiary to fill out the customer info and beneficiary info.

Step 5

"Select Beneficiary" and send funds.

Step 1

Choose the "Mobile Top-up" feature from the home screen.

Step 2

Choose your country code and input the mobile number you will be topping up.

Step 3

Select your service provider and choose browse plans for more information.

Step 4

Once selected press the "Proceed to Pay" button.

Step 1

Choose the "Prepaid Card" feature from the home screen.

Step 2

Transfer funds from your Wallet to your Prepaid Card.

Step 1

Choose the "Bill Payment" feature from the home screen.

Step 2

Choose the country and type of bill payment service needed.

Step 3

Once you have selected the appropriate Bill, add the contract/invoice number and input the amount.
